How to delete your account

To request deletion of your Aura account, send an email to theblockmatrix@gmail.com from the same Google email address you use to sign in to Aura. We use that address to confirm the request matches your account.

What to include

In your message, state clearly that you want your Aura account and associated data deleted. You may add any other details you think are helpful; the important part is sending the request from your signed-in Google email.

After you contact us

We will process verified requests in line with our practices and applicable requirements. If we need more information, we will reply to the email address you used to contact us.
